We have no control over shipping time once the package leaves our hands.

Q: My item arrived damaged/ I received the wrong item. Will you refund/replace it?

Yes, we will refund it. Simple return wrong or damaged item within 3 days of delivery. Please be advise that refunds are issued via original method of payment. 

Q: If my order gets lost, will I get a refund?

It is very rare that a package gets lost in the mail: however, we are not responsible for lost packages. Also, please ensure that your address is correct when at check out.
